Serving South Carolina since 1993

Donate

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and receive no financial aid from the government or any other agency. Our mission is to care for injured or orphaned wildlife native to the state of South Carolina with the goal of returning them to the wild. Each year the number of cases brought to us increases.

As the demand for the services we offer increases, so does our need for funds. Your donation may be tax deductible and will help provide food and medication for our patients. If you would like a receipt for your donation, please be sure to include your name and mailing address. Even the smallest amount is helpful! Please donate today!

Want to help the orphaned and / or injured wildlife in SC? Don't have any experience? That's ok, we will be happy to instruct you on everything you need to know! We are an all volunteer, non profit organization made up of caring individuals like you. We all care for the helpless critters from our own homes, therefore, we can do more for them. We do not have the expense and upkeep of a shelter, instead the donations we receive helps to feed and care for more animals this way.

Anyone interested in learning how to rehab any species with our organization must take the WRGSC Basic Rehab Class, regardless of previous experience. It is also a requirement to transport for Wildlife Rehab Group of South Carolina (WRGSC).
Class participation is available to members, including children 10 and up. We encourage children to learn about wildlife! However, younger children will be bored and can become a distraction to others trying to learn, so please be considerate!
The class instructor will have a list of paid attendees. If you're not on it, so sorry but you did NOT get your payment info in to me on time. This will require you to pay for the class and membership at the door. NO EXCEPTIONS! The instructor can not override this, so do not ask!
